Inspired by my vivid imagination, what my wife might call a level of immaturity I promise to never outgrow, I have tried to create screenplays that represent what I would personally enjoy viewing on the big screen. I like being entertained. I like being surprised. I like irony. I like movies that end with just enough closure that I can envision several versions of what could have come next without having to be told. A good screenplay leaves the viewer to use her/his imagination...what happens next? Real life doesn't always end happily ever after.
I believe movies should be entertaining and thought provoking. They should evoke emotion and ideas, both good and bad, and most importantly, they should make the viewer think.
I hope you will be inspired by the screenplay content here. I don't write what is popular or trendy unless purely by coincidence.
Cheers,
Bob
